The revitalized Gateway Arch National Park was dedicated Tuesday, the culmination of a $380 million public-private partnership that Missouri political leaders see as a template for the future of the national park system.

Eike Batista, the former mining and oil magnate who was once Brazil’s richest man, was convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison for bribing Rio de Janeiro state’s disgraced ex-governor, according to a court document published Tuesday.

It looks like S Pen on Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9 is getting a big update: Bluetooth. A filing with the FCC suggests the Note 9’s S-Pen will connect to the phone via Bluetooth LE. Previous devices used inductive styluses that didn’t require an internal battery, basically using a form of wireless power. But considering the S-Pen worked even when hovering above the screen, why would it need Bluetooth?
